The scope of works for this project includes the following key elements:
Fire Door Installation: Full installation of all Fire-Rated and Non-Fire-Rated door sets in accordance with BM Trada certification standards, ensuring compliance with current fire safety regulations. This includes the fitting of all associated door trims and ironmongery.
Wall Panelling and Joinery: Supply and installation of bespoke veneered wall panelling throughout the reception area and lift lobbies, delivering a premium and cohesive design aesthetic. Hardwood mouldings are to be installed consistently across all designated areas to complement the high-end interior specification.
FF&E Installation: Installation of all Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment (FF&E) across the apartment units and designated back-of-house zones, to a high standard of finish and in alignment with the interior design brief.
Staircase Joinery: Supply and installation of high-quality hardwood handrails and veneered stair strings across all three stair cores, contributing both durability and visual appeal to the vertical circulation spaces.
