This development comprises a newly constructed aparthotel, spanning nine floors and offering a total of 114 one-bedroom apartments alongside two exclusive three-bedroom residential units. The basement level accommodates a fully equipped fitness and spa suite, while the ground floor features a welcoming reception area, a contemporary restaurant, and an elegant bar facility, enhancing the guest experience.

The scope of works for this project includes the following key elements:

  • Fire Door Installation: Full installation of all Fire-Rated and Non-Fire-Rated door sets in accordance with BM Trada certification standards, ensuring compliance with current fire safety regulations. This includes the fitting of all associated door trims and ironmongery.

  • Wall Panelling and Joinery: Supply and installation of bespoke veneered wall panelling throughout the reception area and lift lobbies, delivering a premium and cohesive design aesthetic. Hardwood mouldings are to be installed consistently across all designated areas to complement the high-end interior specification.

  • FF&E Installation: Installation of all Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment (FF&E) across the apartment units and designated back-of-house zones, to a high standard of finish and in alignment with the interior design brief.

  • Staircase Joinery: Supply and installation of high-quality hardwood handrails and veneered stair strings across all three stair cores, contributing both durability and visual appeal to the vertical circulation spaces.

  • Glazing Features: Installation of bespoke feature windows and internal screens, designed to enhance natural light distribution and architectural interest throughout the development.

This scope reflects a comprehensive package of high-end joinery, fit-out, and finishing works, contributing to the overall luxury positioning of the aparthotel.
